With over 23 years of experience, Frank has demonstrated expertise in building profitable businesses and driving revenue growth. Currently, he serves as the Country Manager of OutSystems for Malaysia and Brunei, overseeing business development in these regions. His extensive background includes a pivotal role as a Regional Managing Director in a German company, where he successfully managed Sales and Operations for the APAC region. Frank has also contributed as an Oracle consultant, offering valuable insights to both government and MNCs. In addition to his roles, he founded Xymbiot Sdn Bhd, initially focusing on IoT and Industry 4.0 projects for MNCs and SMEs in the SEA region. Over time, Xymbiot has evolved into a full-fledged Systems Integrator (SI). Frank’s impactful contributions extend to advisory roles within the Malaysian government’s Industry Forward initiatives, where he provided valuable guidance to entities such as MITI, Mimos, and the Federal Government in the past.
